The question I have is: if Toby had schizophrenia/hallucinations, was Slender Man just a hallucination in his mind, or did Slender Man cause Toby to have them?

Well, if anything good comes from all of this COPPA crap, it will be that abominable YouTube channels such as Puppet Strings will most likely die off. So, there's still hope.
