Whining about how silly some fangirls are, while rude, is not cyber-bullying.

Insulting someone's face, parents, and posting sexual content for the sole purpose of making others uncomfortable...THAT is bullying.

I cannot help but wonder what kind of sheltered life one must have had to consider people being annoyed by fangirls to be...in her own words..."racism"?

Because, while I will not reveal exactly who did it, you should all know better than to behave this way.

Because you should know that cyber-bullying will usually result in much longer blocks. 3 days for this girl turned into a whole week. The next offense will be a whole month.
